The M2 Advanced MAB ā€“ Safe Evasion Course is for anyone who wishes to develop better evasion skills to avoid escalation or injury during Crisis moments and physical assaults. This course includes the M1 Basic MAB course.

The M2 Advanced MAB ā€“ Safe Evasion Course is a series of least restrictive singular physical maneuvers designed to provide the victim with a moment of safety to evade assault.Ā Ā 

This course is Comprehensive Workplace Violence Prevention Training with Evasion Maneuvers and is fully compliant with all California State SB-1299, AB-508, California Health and Safety Codes; 1257.7 and 1257.8, OSHA 8 CCR 3342, as well as all other State and Federal laws required to meet compliance for a mandatory workplace violence prevention program.

  • Classroom Edition Course Format: Instructor Guided Instruction, the course is approximately 6 hours long.
  • Classroom Edition Certifications: Offers 4 CEUs with same-day certificationsĀ 
  • Certification Validity:Ā Provides a 2-year certification for Direct Care and a 1-year certification for healthcare & the general public.
  • MABPRO Members – Bulk Registration:Ā Option to register students in bulk with a company dashboard.
  • PROVIDED – M1 Basic MAB Student Guide: Each student receives a student guide/ workbook. The guide helps the students enhance learning, provides a location to organize notes, and has workbook questions to help foster retention.Ā  The guide helps to organize the student’s understanding of the MABPRO Modality and serves as a reference to the many layers of required MAB knowledge they can take with them.
  • PROVIDED – M2 Advanced MAB Student Guide:Ā  Each student receives a student guide/ workbook.
